The objective of the 麻豆社 Certification Program is to provide staff members with valuable skillsets and certify their mastery of the topic based upon a predefined rubric. Training consists of half-day, in-class workshops, review session and practice time outside of class. Participants must pass an exam to receive certification and advance to the next level.
