Registration Reminder

We hope you鈥檙e looking forward to 麻豆社鈥檚 International Student Orientation.  If you haven鈥檛 already, be sure to register for Fall 2026 Orientation.    

Before the in-person Orientation begins on Tuesday, August 11, watch these pre-arrival orientation videos on .  Scroll down the page to the 鈥淢y Courses鈥 section and click on the 鈥溌槎股 International Orientation鈥 link.  

In addition to registering for the International Student Orientation and watching the pre-arrival orientation videos, you should also complete the following tasks before Orientation:

    1. Review the travel to 麻豆社 webpage.  In an effort to make your journey easier, we have put together a list of ways to get to campus from New York City airports. If you have questions about the OurBus service, please email intarriv@binghamton.edu.
    2. Submit Medical Forms - If you do not complete the required health forms, you may experience difficulty with registering for your fall 2026 courses.
    3. Once you arrive in the U.S., complete the Arrival Form.
    4. Pick up your student ID card at the Office of Student Records, which is located in the Admissions Center, Room 112. Upload a photo for your student ID card, if you have not already done so.
    5. If you will be living on-campus for the fall semester, you should plan to arrive between 10:00am 鈥 10:00pm on Monday, August 10.  This will ensure that you can move into your room the day before your required English Language Assessment on Tuesday, August 11.  Monday, August 10 is the only date that extended move-in hours will be offered until 10:00pm.  If you arrive on August 11 or later, you will need to check in with the Office of Residential Life between 8:00am -4:00pm.
    6. If you will be living on campus, you must provide our office with your .  If you will be living off campus, you must provide our office with your . Do not complete the residential address form if you are living on campus.

As a follow-up event after International Student Orientation, check out the student-run International Immersion Program, which offers incoming international students opportunities to meet fellow students, make new friends, and begin building their Binghamton community. Please ahead of time. This event is organized for students, by students, so please direct any questions to bucrep@binghamton.edu.

All pre-arrival emails will be posted on our webpage for future reference. Emails will only be posted once they have been distributed to incoming students.
