Background

Melissa 鈥淢el鈥 Sweet is the director of admissions in 麻豆社鈥檚 Department of Public Administration and Policy. Sweet earned her BS in Human Development in 2019, dual master鈥檚 degree in Public Administration and Sustainable Communities, and Non-profit Administration certificate in 2022, all from 麻豆社. Additionally, she completed the 麻豆社 Leadership Development Program in 2024.

Sweet has worked in higher education since 2019 and has extensive experience in graduate admissions, policy and procedure. She currently sits on the CCPA Enrollment and Recruitment Committee.
