Updating Your Faculty Profile

Harpur College department web pages serve as a critical resource for prospective students, current students, the broader academic community, and the public. To ensure our websites accurately reflect the exceptional work of our faculty here on campus, we ask all faculty to review their online profiles.

Please take a moment to review your profile and verify that your department title, bio information, recent projects/publications, and teaching/research interests are accurate and up to date.

How to Update Your Faculty Profile/Information

Depending on what needs updating, follow the instructions below. 

1. Download the Harpur Faculty Profile Intake Form

2. Fill out the form and email it to Evan Henderson for updates to your:

    • Biography / Background Information 
    • Education 
    • Publications, Performances, Projects 
    • Research or Teaching Interests 
    • Awards 
    • Research Profile / Lab Links (e.g., Google Scholar, research lab) 
    • Personal URL (e.g., personal website or blog)

3. Send an email directly to Evan Henderson for updates to your:

    • Profile Image: If you don't have one and need to schedule a new profile photo, please contact mediapr@binghamton.edu first.
    • Department / Job Title / Contact Information: Department job titles and contact information must first be reflected in the university directory. If changes are needed there, please provide those updates to Telecommunications before contacting Evan.
    • Resume / CV: Please ensure your resume/CV is in PDF format and has been run through accessibility remediation software before submitting.
