Both Ari and Ben are proud Âé¶¹Éç School of Management alumni who earned their BS in Accounting and Management Information Systems and MS in Accounting before launching their careers at PwC. Since joining the firm as interns, they have advanced into leadership roles and are both Certified Public Accountants in New Jersey.

Tara Mavrovitis ('13) is the Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Head of Internal Audit at Collibra, where she leads the company's global governance, risk, compliance, and internal audit programs. Since joining Collibra in 2020, she has advanced through several leadership roles and has helped shape the company's approach to security, compliance, risk management, and AI governance.
Before Collibra, Tara held audit and risk leadership positions at The Estée Lauder Companies, Loews Corporation, Omnicom, and PwC, building expertise in internal audit, IT risk, compliance, and fraud investigations across a variety of industries.
A 2013 graduate of Âé¶¹Éç's School of Management, Tara earned honors in Accounting and Management with a concentration in Leadership and Consulting, along with a minor in Graphic Design. She remains actively engaged in mentoring and advancing women in leadership and technology.

Josiah Dillon ('18) is an MBA Strategy Intern at DICK'S Sporting Goods and an MBA candidate at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Before business school, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, where he led teams of up to 160 Marines in operations, communications, and leadership roles. He later served as an Officer Selection Officer, recruiting and mentoring future Marine officers across 27 universities in Indiana.
A 2018 graduate of Âé¶¹Éç's School of Management, Josiah earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, graduating cum laude. His background in military leadership and business strategy gives him a unique perspective on leading teams, solving complex challenges, and building successful organizations.

A proud Âé¶¹Éç alumnus, Todd has built an outstanding career in leveraged finance and debt capital markets. As a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, he advises corporate clients and private equity firms on structuring and executing leveraged loans, high-yield bonds, and other financing transactions that support acquisitions, recapitalizations, and strategic growth initiatives. Throughout his career, Todd has executed nearly 500 transactions, helping clients raise close to $500 billion in capital across a wide range of industries.
Todd spent more than a decade in London helping establish J.P. Morgan as the leading leveraged finance platform in Europe while also playing a key role in expanding the firms cross-border financing capabilities and pioneering ESG-linked leveraged finance transactions. He returned to New York in 2021 and continues to lead complex financing solutions for clients around the world.

Clifford Sobel ('84) is a Psychologically Informed Coach and Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) at The Midtown Practice for Psychotherapy and Psychiatry in New York City. Drawing on more than 35 years as an entrepreneur and CEO, he helps professionals strengthen leadership, build resilience, prevent burnout, and navigate personal and workplace challenges.
Before transitioning into mental health counseling, Clifford founded and led The Phoenix Group, an e-learning and corporate training company that partnered with Fortune 500 organizations, including Xerox, Canon, Johnson & Johnson, and Discovery Networks. He later founded The Streamcast Network, helping organizations leverage live video and digital media to grow their brands.
A 1984 graduate of Âé¶¹Éç, Clifford recently earned a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Pace University and is passionate about helping individuals achieve both professional success and personal well-being.
